Shipping & Handling

Standard orders are processed the next business day (Tuesday through Friday, not including holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification.  Orders shipped via ground delivery should arrive in 2 to 10 days depending on your location.

Please also note that we do not ship to PO Boxes unless you pay with money order or check and the check has cleared the bank.

International Shipping & Handling

International Shipments will be sent via the US Postal Service.  Please note that USPS Airmail Parcel Post does not provide tracking.  For USPS Airmail Priority Post insurance will be included in the shipping & handling charge.  If you want tracking you will need to choose to ship via USPS Global Express Mail.

Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us. We'll be happy to make an exchange or issue you a refund for the original price paid when the item is returned to us within 30 days of the date on your invoice.   Shipping costs are non-refundable and shipping costs related to sending back a return or exchange are your responsibility.
